The links must be fully qualified, or else they are assumed to be relative to your domain.
[www.google.com] = www.google.com (no http:// prefix, assumed to be a relative link)
[http://www.google.com] = http://www.google.com
[http://www.google.com|Google] = Google
Tiki will also attempt convert some text strings to links (even without the [foo] syntax.:
www.google.com = www.google.com
http://www.google.com = http://www.google.com
