Right, there is no need to use Google's iframe tags when using the plugin because the plugin provides these, for wiki pages.
Note this line in the doc page you referenced: "After a block is created, you will be able to display it in any Tiki template (.tpl file) or user module." Dynamic Content System blocks go in template files or user modules, not in wiki text or Tiki HTML pages (except inside a module displayed in a wiki page).
