    Sorry, but I was unable to duplicate your issue. I installed a fresh 2.2 (directly from SVN) and was able to create a new Structure, using your exact page names:

    Copy to clipboard
    Mission
Collaborative Applications
SharePoint POC
Use Cases Patterns
Tools


    It sounds like you might have some DB issues. When you installed Tiki, after running the install script, were there any DB errors?
