We'd love to have you help, especially if you have features you'd like to get documented. The basic format is described in tikiwiki.orgPlan but I'll give you the synopsis:

Create 4 Wiki pages for your feature (eg. if your feature is name SmileyHack, name your pages SmileyHack, SmileyHackDoc, SmileyHackDev, and SmileyHackAdmin).

We're working on templates for these but they don't exist yet. The above reference page lists the details of what goes in each of those pages. Give it a shot and let me know when I can review them and maybe they'll become the example we need so desperately.
