As far as I know, TikiWiki (other sites that playing videos from Youtube) are just funneling the videos and have no control over the content itself. If you use a site like keepvid.com to download a copy of the video, then you get only the video itself, but this means you have to be make the copies and store them for viewing, which is a lot more trouble than just watching them from Youtube. It's possible that Youtube has a setting to block "related videos" that can be set as part of the url for embeddding and therefore could be used by the wiki plugins, so this would be worth looking into.
