One problem is that the apache url rewriting doesn't seem to be working right. I get a blank page at http://thewebsyte.com/wiki/HomePage, but the full url http://thewebsyte.com/wiki/tiki-index.php?page=HomePage works. Did you rename the file _htaccess to .htaccess in your Tiki root directory? That's necessary for the short urls to work.
If you get blank pages in general, that's often a sign of not enough PHP script execution memory. This is one thing to check on (see http://doc.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Requirements+and+Setup, the "Note on PHP Memory Limits" section).
Do you specifically want to use the WYSIWYG editor? This is still an experimental feature and doesn't work yet without problems, as far as I know.
