kai, look at tiki-view_blog_post.php and templates/tiki-view_blog_post.tpl ; and search for "This feature is disabled: feature_blogs" or similar.
Thuis may give you a hint on which feature are you missing to enable (if so), etc. Maybe xmlrpc? (just a guess)
