Sounds like your site has been vandalized (maybe via Tiki but not necessarily). You can explain the situation to your server administrator to get the files deleted. There could well be other bad files on the server, being used by the vandal. You don't mention what version of Tiki this happened with; some earlier versions do have security vulnerabilities. In any case, I suggest comparing the files on your server with the files in the same version of Tiki to make sure you are using only legitimate ones (comparing file size and presence or not of the file). It might be a good time to upgrade, if you're not running the latest Tiki version.
