According to the feature request at dev.tikiwiki.org (linked to in Marc's post, above), the solution is to use Trackers and Tracker plugins. The bug/request report says to check http://doc.tikiwiki.org/page+tracker and
http://doc.tikiwiki.org/Pretty+Tracker. Why don't you have a look at those docs and see if it fits your needs.
