Sounds like your site was vandalized. This isn't a Tiki-specific problem necessarily, but somehow files were changed or added at your site. There have been vulnerabilities in older Tiki releases that allowed malicious scripts to be installed; these things happen once in a while. The best protection as far as TikiWiki is concerned is to keep the site updated to the latest release, especially if it includes "security fixes".
Upgrading will fix existing known vulnerabilities, but malicious scripts could still be at your site. One way to check would be to compare your site's file directories with those in the Tiki package, and get rid of anything that doesn't seem to belong.
