Please remember that we're all volunteers here. It could be that:

  1. Maybe no one fully understands your issue. Remember, this is an international community — we all speak different languages
  2. Maybe no one could duplicate your issue. Possibly it is something specific your your configuration (host, OS, customization, features, etc.)
  3. Maybe you found a bug. Have you reviewed the bug list?

I don't think a downgrade is possible. Unless, did you backup your site before each upgrade? If so, then it should be a trivial matter to simply restore your 1.9 information.

FWIW, I always fully backup my sites (both DB and files) before each upgrade... just in case!
