At tiki-edit_blog.php?blogId=1 (or whatever blog number is appropriate), you can edit the HTML code for what displays at the top of the blog page. Near the bottom of the editing textarea you should find the part that you want to remove. (If you're concerned about messing up the edit, it might be a good idea to copy the original code in the textarea and save it as a file locally in case you need to restore the original content and have another try.)
