under Blogs click on "create/edit blog" which should bring you to tiki-edit_blog.php.
once you are there scroll all the way down you will see "Blog heading" and delete whatever is in that Text Block. You can also use this Text Block to customize your Blog Header if you want to.
One thing to remember though is if you want Nothing as a header. Then make sure there is at least a space inside the Test Block. The reason being is that if there is nothing, then Tiki defaults to what you are seeing. So delete everything and insert a few spaces. That will fool Tiki into thinking you have a custom Blog Header
