I tuhiknk tw.o is on a post-RC3 CVS. You must scan #tikiwiki logs for "tw.o up"
BTW, RCs have a quite CVS-like stability too. 1.8 branch is feature freezed and only stability should be worked. Not the same as if we were talking about HEAD Well, it shows on my CVS.
