As far as I know, the ))ShareThis(( plugin needs to be added manually to each page that it's displayed on.
You could display it by putting the module syntax in Look and Feel Admin's center column custom code. (There's documentation on that at http://doc.tikiwiki.org.) This will display it on every page (not only wiki pages, even), unless some logic is added to limit the display. Maybe the page http://themes.tikiwiki.org/Template tricks has some examples of how to do that. I'm not sure off hand.
Maybe someone else has ideas on this, too.
