I checked but don't have any firm ideas yet. If you use the url http://mgt-web.bus.msu.edu/dsi/tiki-index_p.php?page=Welcome, at least the page gets the HTML head section, along with stylesheets, etc. (This is the expected view - wiki content only - with the "_p" added in the URL.) I don't think there is a problem with permissions, because there isn't any permission setting that would produce this result, as far as I know. It isn't only the theme that is missing; it's the entire HTML head section along with every part of the page that displays except for the wiki content. I'm still pondering.
