No, you can't simply cut/paste sections of the Tiki files.
You'll need to create a custom Tiki theme that mimics your exiting site's design.
The Tiki theme site (http://themes.tikiwiki.org/) is the best place to start. The good news is that Tiki is *highly* configurable and you can pretty much make it look however you want — check out the Featured Tikis gallery to see what's possible.
