Re: Fixed Width Locked
The Eatlon theme was originally a fixed-width theme so I think I never actually thought about adding the possibility for it to be full-width. But actually it should respond to the admin configuration, so I'll look into that. Similarly with jqui, it was done at a time when we were thinking "~900px width is optimum" so I didn't test it in a full-width flavor, but now that you bring it up, it makes sense to let the site admin decide, so I'll see about enabling full or fixed width for all themes. Just a matter of adjusting a little CSS in most cases (thanks to the power of the lite.css layout method that luci devised 
).
A few themes like Fivealive implement fixed-width a little differently (not everything is in one fixed-width div; instead the footer and parts of the header are full-width, and the middle of the page and content containers of the header are fixed width) so it'll be a little trickier for them, but should be possible.
