You're talking about .mp3 files? Seems like the file gallery would be the natural choice, could be one for all music, or one per user or whatever. Then you could use one or more module like "latest file uploads" to report new files. Maybe it'd be good to also have wiki pages that have a player plugin (example: http://zukakakina.com/Mediaplayer_test.
