PHP Notices only indicate possible bugs in the code, not code actually failing. If code fails, then you'll get an Error rather than a Notice. Nothing needs to be done (by users) about these. Devs are aware of them and try to trim the list down but the priority isn't high since site functioning isn't at stake.
You can turn off the reporting of notices.
