We need
- An appointment calendar, where registered users can log in and make an appointment.
- Users should only be able to see and edit details about their own appointment, every other should only be marked free or booked.
- There should be a limit on free appointments, say between 9 am and 5 pm, one hour each and not in the lunch hour!
And it would be nice if a message could be send to the owner, when the calendar is updated, either text or email. 
Can this be done with TikiWiki or is it too much to ask for?
