    Hello ,
    I am here for the first time and I really need some help from a tikiwiki-expert. There is a problem in installation of tikiwiki and I didn´t find an answer in the faq list. Since I really want the problem to be solved and I tried for three days you are my last try:
    I want to install tikiwiki on my local computer ( Windows XP Home ) - an apache server+mysql is installed and running well. After unzipping and doing the installation routine as described I get the following message after starting the tiki.install.php:
    Fatal error: Undefined class name 'tikisetup' in C:\apache\xampp\htdocs\tiki-install.php on line 128
    So it is not possible to install it.
    Questions: what does this message mean ? How can I install tikiwiki perfectly ?

    Hi Andreas,

    Can I ask which version of Tiki you are attempting to install? If its 1.7.3 or 1.7.4 can you download and try the 1.7.5 pre-release I have available at http://www.damosoft.co.uk/file7

    thanks for your reply- My Tikiwiki is 1.7.4 so I try your version tomorrow, because midnight just passed here and I have to work tomorrow in the early morning- whenever my problem is solved I will inform you- have a good night

    sorry to say but I get the same message again.
    Maybe I try another groupware system.
