I have not used LDAP before, but I see there is an option to "Write LDAP debug Information in Tiki Logs". If you have not tried that, you can turn that option on through updating the database directly. Go into phpmyadmin for your Tiki datbase and click on the tiki_preferences table, and then the "Insert tab" and insert the value auth_ldap_debug for name and y as the value of value. This would be the same as checking "Write LDAP debug Information in Tiki Logs" in Admin/Login/LDAP page. Maybe there would be some useful information in the Tiki Logs when you try to login the next time.
