Version 3.1 is quite old, and I'm surprised it's still being installed by Fantastico anywhere. The current long-term support version is 6.something and the most recent stable release is 7.1.) If you click the help button in the "post new message" form here in this forum, you can see how the help is displayed in more recent Tiki versions. I suggest you update your Tiki installation if possible, either by letting your domain host know that they are providing an outdated version, or by installing Tiki yourself. (You can upload the Tiki package using the control panel file manager, uncompress it, and move the files to your current Tiki location. Or do the whole thing with FTP but that takes longer and has more chance of error.)
