Hello vamsi,
your domain http://sanaatanadharma.com/ seems to point to a wordpress installation.
If you want to have this domain for you Tiki installation, you must point it to the tiki root directory on your server.
That is the same directory, like the http://wiki.sirisgraphics.com subdomain is pointing to right now.
Can you figure this out as next step?
