an adition to Ricks hint regarding to the wiki pages part:
Are you familiar with the Linux Shell and some Regex? If you use the template (from the dump) and then fetch you plain text data, which should become wiki pages, with the Regex you should be able to "merge" each text with the template and in the end put those "merged raw wikipages" together into one file, which in the end could be uploaded to the database.
Maybe you might not need to dump the hole database, but only one or a few tables.
