Hi,
you can have secondary site menu when you assign a menu module to the top modules area. Then your menu module params can look e.g. like this:

id=46
type=horiz
css=y
menu_id=secondary_site_menu
menu_class=box-secondary_site_menu
nobox=y

Alternatively you need to create custom user module first and then assign that one.
