New page in the configuration profile r_test using dynamic charts with rNVD3 + PluginR tweaked

This is just to note that I've just re-ordered and cleaned a bit the configuration profile r_test ( http://profiles.tiki.org/r_test ), after many months of being in my todo list.
And I've added a new page with a working example of using the R package rNVD3, which facilitates the task to create interactive charts in web pages.

Moreover, I've added under the monitored commands by PluginR some functions from the Shiny package:
