No I hadn't - and thanks for directing me there.
Now, this is not exactly what I asked. I wanted to know if I can make it so, that a user could use his/her google+ account to sign in at my tiki-wiki site, without having to go through the regular registration procedure. This is still a question.
Anyway, after reading the documentation of Tiki Social Networks, I tried to complete the twitter integration of my site. I registered it, then made it read-write, then added the consumer key and consumer secret, then I went to Social Networks in order to authorize this site with twitter.com to use Twitter integration of this site. only to get this error:
