I am not sure, what you are doing when I look at your screenshot.
Maybe you want to test us?
Looks like you now did setup a wiki page with HTML syntax in it and include that into the footer with a module_menupage.
Fair enough, you can even do that if you want and you would need not to setup a custom module.
Including the image(s)
pretending you want to include an image from the filegallery which has the file Id = 27 (you check that in the file gallery).

html: (it seems the CODE plugin is broken in Tiki11 ... I try "similar" to HTML, meaning, I put some additional spaces into the code) < img src="dl27" style="width: 100px; etc." etc. > wiki: {img fileId="27" width="100px" etc.}
