You need to replace your existing ../wiki/*.* files & folders with the new Tiki 11 items. Then run the tiki-install.php file and select the Upgrade option.
Important
Be sure to backup any customizations... you'll need to restore them after the upgrade.
Be sure to review the documentation for details. You might find my upgrade guide helpful...
