First, what Tiki version are you using?
Second, if things are working fine on one server but not the other, I'd compare the two servers to see what the problem might be.
Third, did you turn on the Tiki error reporting? Are any messages displayed.
Finally, try increasing the php memory. IIRC, 128M is the bare minimum. I'd try 256M.
