Re: Re: Vertical drop down menu in the nav-bar

Hi Gary,

Yes, this is essentially what I tried when experimenting with the settings. While yes, it does provide the drop down menus from pre-bootstrap, I was looking for a more stylized version. An example would be the drop down menus on the tiki main homepage: http://info.tiki.org/tiki-index.php where you can simply mouse over an menu item and the options fly out.

It's looking as though I may need to just redo my CSS to fit my own customizations however.

Thanks!

I added back some CSS rules from pre-Tiki13, with some influence from Bootstrap's dropdowns, which I committed in the branch 13 and trunk Subversion repositories. You can get the stylesheets here: http://sourceforge.net/p/tikiwiki/code/HEAD/tree/branches/13.x/styles/ and use them as is or take what you need from them regarding the CSS menus. I think the vertical spacing of the top-level items (.cssmenu li a) isn't specified yet, so you may have to add top and/or bottom padding to them. I didn't get to that yet.
