As Rick said, Tiki's Bootstrap framework is progressing in steps, and in Tiki we've changed the HTML that displays articles to be more consistent with the standard Bootstrap media layout, so this bug should be gone and no need for the custom CSS fix in the next Tiki version upgrade.
