Did you try deleting the contents of your templates_c directory?

Also, at least to get a working site again, you could go change the site theme directly by editing the database table. I use phpMyAdmin to make changes like this. IIRC, the theme choice is stored in the tiki_preferences table. Just replace the new theme name with the original one.
