Hi Jarusa,
What version was your Tiki before the upgrade, and what method did you use to upgrade? Also, what happens when you try to change the password of one of the accounts that's having trouble with the site?
I don't know any answers to these problems so far, but I've also had some trouble with admin accounts on sites upgraded through the Tiki 16 versions, so I'm trying to see if the problems are related.
