not sure what you exactly mean because usually you do not need to change anything in Tiki if you move to new domain but if you mean you have some "hard coded" links with URLs like [http://youroldsite/something] in your wiki pages and you want to change them all to [http://yournewsite/something] there is a tool called "Mass Search and Replace" on the Wiki control panel on the Tools tab (tiki-admin.php?page=wiki#contentadmin_wiki-5) which leads to tiki-search_replace.php where you can search for all occurrences of http://youroldsite/ and make them to be replaced with http://yournewsite/
