Hello NahekF, if you are on shared hosting, this would indicate that your host has not set up your server with the proper image libraries, such as GD or ImageMagick graphics manipulation packages installed.

But again, if you are on shared hosting like many of us, simply put a request in with your host and they should have those libraries installed, for free, if they won't then you should look for another host.
