H5P support

I am trying to enable the H5P plugin. I'm in Control Panels > Editing and Plugins > Plugins tab. I Change the list to Advanced and click the check box next to H5P. It pops up with a red bubble text saying "You need to set H5P Support". I click the link it gives me which just does a search within Control Panels for "H5P support". Changing the settings that show up in the search results do not help to enable H5P support.

I have noticed within the File Gallery settings under the Enhancements tab there is a section for H5P, however that section is blank, while the surrounding sections (Access, Draw, SCORM, and Vimeo) all have options.

Should there be an option there for H5P Support that maybe did not show up during my upgrade (16.2 -> 17.1). Is there a different option I need to be changing to enable H5P support?

Well it was a good idea, I did not have the Experimental features showing. However I enabled Experimental features and it still did not show anything for H5P Support.

After some more digging, turns out curl was not installed in the version of PHP I'm using. After installing curl the support option showed up and I can now enable the H5P plugin.
