Auto Generate Message to Admin

If it needs to be 'internal' (meaning inside a Tiki instance) then why not just use the built-in '
messaging system' https://doc.tiki.org/Inter-User-Messages and just have users send a message to the Admin - it will work all the time, every time, be quite simple with almost no maintenance.
I know you also had the word 'Automatic' in your request, however anything 'automated' (and that's a very popular word these days in all software, nay, 'apps') automatically (no pun intended) means a higher level of difficulty.
