    As above i have done a clean install of v 26.0 with a totally new database.
    Every thing else seems to work fine but I can't create new groups.

    I just get a msg saying creating or similar and a rotating icon.
    I have left it running for an hour but it never finishes.

    I can create a new group using mysql and it works partly, some setting functions
    work but not others.

    Any idea what I am doing wrong.
