The text automatically wraps so you dont need to keep pressing enter at the end of your line 
. Why use HTML pages? Much better to use wiki pages with some permissions to control who can access what. Then you can use the wiki syntax and the tiki-editpage also has a built in quick reference area.
If you really want HTML based content, install geeklog or something. Tiki is a wiki.
