Please, everyone, aggregate upgrade info (at least, clone it) into the
Upgrade page at doc.t.o concerning each new version. In this case, it
should have been, I guess, at https://doc.tiki.org/Tiki14#Upgrade
Remember that the Upgrade Wizard will show that info for power users and
admins upgrading, and maybe with one iframe there at the wizard to some
- .t.o page related to that upgrade is more than enough.
I also did miss that info, and I guess, many others...
