Newsletter sent about last releases + 3 bugs + someone to confirm doing that addition to the installer?

Hi all:

Thanks, luci!

After removing the clipping, I got it sent but only through the
newsletter "Tiki Releases", where I was the ONLY subscriber (gggggg :-),
human error, that's why you didn't receive it, Rick! sorry for that, got
confused with so many tests in the dev test newsletter with chrome and
firefox)

At night (22:00h - like) I did send it through the other newsletter
("Tiki News", the one with 850 people) and with Chrome, and that's what
you received, luci.

Then, human error again, when I was walking the dog, another person
closed the lid of the laptop (while the newsletter with throttling
hadn't presumably finished yet). Oups, oups....

So I did re-send again early this morning (you should have received
twice, then, luci, and some of your in this list?).

Oh well, at least it worked and we could dogfood Tiki Newsletters with
the communication with our users, and identify some of the pending bugs
in the newsletters feature in Tiki 15.
https://dev.tiki.org/item6040 - "Newsletter fails to be sent properly if
article clipping is involved"
https://dev.tiki.org/item6041 - "Newsletters in Firefox do not show the
list of emails being sent to"
https://dev.tiki.org/item6042 - "Newsletter sends text and html and no
way to choose only one"

^ Anyone willing to help having newsletters bug free in our latest LTS?

Xavi

P.S. As discussed in the roundtable meeting yesterday, can someone step
up to add that simple thing we discussed about helping tiki site admins
to subscribe to this new "Tiki Releases" newsletter in t.o? FYI:

Hi Xavi,

I will add the tiki-install - Admin subscribe step

However I more concerned with newsletter - clipping being broken.
I really like the way it worked. (easy to create digest)
