Fosdem 2018, 3-4 february: stand application! TikiFest!

Thanks Jonny!

We need more people! At least 4 others so we can simultaneously man the
stand, attend talks, see other stands and discuss with them :-D

Good news: Xwiki answered yes already!
I contacted Michael Daum from foswiki (an idea from Xwiki) and he likes the
idea. He just needs to check with the foswiki community before a definitive
answer :-)
So the stand idea looks good already.

Xwiki asked if we were interested in asking for a wiki devroom, as we did 3
years ago. That is what devrooms are about:
---------------------------------------------------8<---------------------------------

Developer rooms are assigned to self-organising groups to work together on
open source and free software projects, to discuss topics relevant to a
broader subset of the community, etc. Most content should take the form of
presentations. Proposals involving collaboration across project or domain
boundaries are strongly encouraged.

Developer room proposals should be submitted through the form at
https://fosdem.org/devroom which contains further information.

Questions or remarks? Contact us at devrooms at fosdem.org.

Key dates:

- 20 September
- deadline for developer room proposals
- 2 October
- accepted developer rooms announced
- 16 October (or earlier)
- developer rooms issue Calls for Participation
- 15 December (or earlier)
- developer rooms publish complete schedules

---------------------------------------------------8<---------------------------------

The positive point would be, with a wiki devroom, we could submit talks
about various aspects of Tiki and have them online afterwards (even videos).
Like this one:
https://archive.fosdem.org/2014/schedule/event/wiki_show_tiki_org/ :-D

The negative point is, it takes even more manpower because there is a need
for managing a room for a whole day out of the 2 Fosdem days :-(

Opinions?
