Bubble displays poorly when it goes under ( Neat CSS trick to have links to "sister sites" distinguished)

I don’t know if the attachment will be allowed, but this is what I see when viewing the above page. Ive seen it happen in a lot of other places where there is little space. It makes the link almost imposable to click, because when you hover, the link moves to the first line.

I don’t know if Brendan was reporting a second issue, but to clarify, while I did see the issue Brendan illustrated in other situations, the issue I meant to report this morning looks as follows:

Philippe Cloutier Sorry, that’s not my area. “Poor” was a euphemism; it’s pointing in the direction opposite to the link.

This is the best way I found (better than breaking the bubble and the pointer cut separated like before when the link was on two lines).
