Change default theme for new installs, etc.

I’m a +1, but would also like to cast a final vote after the theme modification is complete. I know it would be kind of a bummer for the work to be completed and then for me to vote -1, but that being said, I have every faith in the design sense of Gary and have little doubt that what ever suggestions are made will end up working to the advantage of tiki. I agree in principle with what’s said to the extent that I follow, but also find it hard to completely agree without seeing exactly what it will look like.

I’ll put a demo someplace that can be checked out, before committing any
file changes. I guess it’s kind of a big deal since it affects the theme
that’s been associated with the Tiki branding, etc. and the look of the
project sites (potentially).
