dev.tiki.org issue tracker "freezes" when filing a ticket

Hi,
This happened a 3 time unintentionally yesterday. Then, I thought I had found a way to reproduce this reliably. I could reproduce by using the plugins tab of the textarea's help and adding a CODE call.
...but I can't reproduce that anymore today.
