Sticky headers broken on {doc,dev}.tiki.org

Thanks Gary,
I do not really understand what behavior you see on dev and themes. But I just retested on dev and I no longer have bar 2 sticky when scrolled a lot. The behavior is now the same as the one I obtained on doc earlier (none of the bars stick), in both Chrome and Firefox.

Unless someone has attempted a fix, perhaps the behavior is unstable.

Also, the login dropdown doesn't work on doc.t.o for me right now so I'm
speculating there's a JavaScript problem, which may be the case for the
other sites also.

If I uncheck "Minify JavaScript" at doc.t.o, the page works properly
(dropdowns drop down, navbars move correctly). If I re-activate "Minify
JavaScript", then it doesn't work properly. I tried clearing caches
before reactivating, which had no effect.

No idea if this is related, but attempts to upload image files to
doc.t.o are failing (after selecting or dropping files to upload and
clicking "Upload", progress bar churns forever).

Eh, maybe page saves aren't working either; it's taking forever.

Well, I got a time-out error on the page save, but afterwards find that
the page edit was actually saved.

Still can't upload files to doc.t.o - "File upload failed: Gateway
Time-out". I tried with JS minified and not minified. Any ideas?

Yes, i get the same, i would check file perms on the dir set for files ("files/" ?), and the error_log for any php errors (if had had access and time).

I'm also getting pages not loading now, or at least being really slow, like it's still trying to upload the test file...

Hmm, the file i tested with does seem to have been uploaded ok, but the script never returned (or timed out).

Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

Hi,

Now I get "File upload failed: File could not be uploaded. Restrictions
apply." when trying to upload image files to doc.tiki.org. The files are
all PNG format images, each under 36KB, so should be acceptable. Any
clues to why they're denied?
