Releases 12.13, 15.6, 17.2 and 18.1

Hi all

Thanks Asa for http://sourceforge.net/p/tikiwiki/code/65739 and for the updates to the versions back to XXsvn.

So that now means 18.1 is our brand new LTS version, 17.x becomes EOL, but 15.x and 12.x soldier on in security and critical fixes only mode, right? Oh, plus no more semi-automatic merging until 19.x (due in the autumn) woo hoo!

I'll update https://dev.tiki.org/Where-to-commit, so to summarise:

  • All commits need to be in trunk first
  • Then:
    • Safe and tested enhancements and fixes backported to 18.x if needed
    • Very safe minor enhancements and fixes to 15.x
    • Security and critical fixes to 12.x

Do chip in if i got this wrong or you disagree, or just edit the page as you think it should be :-)

Thanks

jonny
